Côte de Provence

Grown in Provence. Raised on patios everywhere.

LOOKS LIKE…  Rose gold.

SMELLS LIKE…  strawberry and raspberry, flowers kissed with spice

TASTES LIKE…  Fresh acidity, texture on your tongue, very refreshing

GOES WITH…  Anchovies on Fougasse with Salonenque olives, seafood, sushi, or Doritos…your call.

AGE FOR…  Drink now or up to 5 years. (as if it will last that long!)

This is a true foodie’s wine that pairs with, well, just about anything. We are of the opinion that the best Côtes de Provence rosés are “dry and textural, pale in colour, interesting, and perfect for food pairing.”. So that’s what we made…

We picked Côtes de Provence Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, & Rolle grapes from cooler high altitude upper Provence top vineyards of Saint Antonin, Entrecasteaux, Carcès, Pourrières, La Londe-les-Mures. Grenache for red fruit and white pepper notes, Cinsault for softness and aroma, Syrah for body and colour, and Rolle to give fresh acidity and liveliness. The synergy of amazing inputs. Fermented in concrete to allow the wine to breath, and stainless steel for freshness. This fresh blend is crafted to pair with a variety of foods. Try it with anything, especially patio chat.
